Scheduling

After you purchase a project assessment, a Professional Independent Contractor will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Evaluation & Measure

During the project assessment, the Professional Independent Contractor will measure and assess the suitability of the environment to receive the flooring.

Follow-up

After your project assessment is complete, a Lumber Liquidators Flooring associate will follow up with a quote for your installation project.

The $180 Project Assessment fee will be refunded in full with your floor and installation order.

Your project assessment will cover the following key elements to ensure
your new floor stays looking beautiful for years to come:

  2. – Temperature & Relative Humidity
  3. – Product Staging Area
  4. – Acclimation
  5. – Furniture & Appliance Moving
  6. – Existing Flooring Removal/Haul Away
  7. – Subfloor Prep**
  8. – Moisture Barriers/Underlayment
  9. – Molding & Trim Installation
  10. – Steps to Complete Project
  11. – How Will it Look
  12. – Care and Maintenance

*We will credit the cost of the Project Assessment upon purchase of the installation.
